is there any chance of mine to be a govt employee....or in defence

hi i m doing bds from private collge m just get into ma final year i want to know is there any chance of doing job in army or airforce...and what should i do to be an IAS or IPS...plz suggest me some jobs after bds with gud pakage n what all i have to do get into govt. job...
