Is there any chance that I can get an offer letter from Westcliff University for MS in Computer Science? My GPA is 3 and 6 bands in IELTS.

There is still hope, because you could receive an offer letter from Westcliff University if you score 3.0 GPA and have a 6-bands IELTS score. Even so, your chances will not be as high as that of those having greater academic and better English proficiency scores.
