You can apply but it also depends on your performance in Admission process which includes Comprehensive Ability Test, Group Discussion, Essay writing and personal interview.

Prepare the current affairs thoroughly, get yourself updated and try and focus on what you actually want to do in terms of career progression, it might be a little difficult initially but give it a thought.
