Is there any chance to get a job in ISRO if one possesses a Masters degree from some foreign university?

Yes, you just you have to appear for the exam that ISRO conducts for vacancies in Masters or you can also appear for the vacancy that are posted for B.Tech students.

You have to just check the website daily (career column) and then apply for it. If you are selected then you will appear for the exam.
