Is there any chance to get a seat (CSE, ECE, EEE) in SASTRA University? I scored 959 in IP.
I got 70 marks in JEE Mains and belong to BC category.

Yes, there are good chances with these marks to get ECE or EEE but you have medium chances for CSE. It also depends on the no. of applicants and the availability of seats.
