Is there any chance to get a seat in any university without GRE, IELTS or TOEFL score in Germany for M.Sc in civil engineering?

I am in final year writing my 7th semester. I will complete my graduation in the month of March 2018. I would like to study abroad.

Hi Bharath, GRE is not mandatory to study in Germany but you must take the IELTS. Some universities may also ask for German language proficiency. Please check university websites for university specific admission requirements, every university has different requirements. You must additionally have very good academic grades for German universities to accept you.
