Is there any chance to get admission in this college with 49% marks in graduation?

49% is lower score. Minimum eligibility criteria by most MBA institutes is 50%. Chances are less to convert.

You need to talk with the college authority, they will be evaluating on different basis like your matriculation, 10+2, Graduation, GD and PI.
