Is there any chance to get into B.Tech at SASTRA University with 37 percentile in JEE Mains and 73.5% in my board exams?

<p>SASTRA University BTech admission criteria are divided into two streams and they are as mentioned below:</p><p>Stream 1: JEE Mains + Class 12 marks (50% weightage given to each), for admission to 50% of the total seats</p><p>Stream 2: Class 12 marks (100% weightage), for admission to the remaining 50%</p><p>For 50% of the total seats, the University accepts JEE Main scores and for the rest of the seats, admission is done based on the merit secured by the candidate in the qualifying exam.</p><p>The score obtained at 35 percentile will not be much favorable in JEE Main. With such a percentile, candidates will not qualify for the counselling process and will not be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced examination. However the candidate may use the board exam scores to obtain a seat.</p>
