Is there any chance to switch my field and pursue Bachelors in surgery from Canada after completing BPT from India?

Yes, you can switch but you have to start from Bachelor's degree. Also, you must check the admission requirements of the colleges and the programs. It is best you check with the colleges directly. See here:
