Is there any chances of me getting admission in SIES for MMS through minority quota as I am Tamil?

It depends on how many minority students apply this year. You first apply through CAP rounds and if the cutoff is on the lower side for minority candidates then you can get admission.

You have very less chances of getting selected because of low scores.
But you may get selected because of the Tamil minority quota. -
