    No. There has been no change to the UGC? NET Electronic Science syllabus in 2025—it remains the same since the June 2019 revision .

    New syllabus (Paper 2): Ten units covering:

    1. Semiconductor devices

    2. IC fabrication & VLSI

    3. Network theory
