Is there any choice to join in B.Tech after Diploma in other state & changing course (mechanical to aerospace) in Chennai (SRM and Bharath)?

With the old Diploma, you have it won't be possible unless you make a fresh start for aerospace engineering. Because each course of subject has a different basic and have a little relation with other subjects within basic.
