is there any coaching for electrical paper

my branch is electronics & telecom,can i choose one of my optional paper as electrical for ias exam

If you have not Started it yet I would strongly advice you to opt you Optional Carefully , as Choosing Electrical as an option for IAS would require to complete virtually Another Engineering . You can take up Correspondence Course for IES Electrical if you are opting for it
