is there any colege that can give me admison in grduation? i hav only 43% marks in intermediate.. or tell me what should i hav to do?

due to some reasons my my my exams was not going well ... but i want to study more ... please somebody help me .. i m a student of science stream from amu board ... can i fill the cbse private student form for inter next year? and tell me about nios board?
