Is there any college in Bangalore which will give admission in B.Tech computer science branch?

My home state is Uttarakhand. My 12th CBSE percentage is 70% (top 5). I haven't taken any competitive exam. I am looking for a less expensive and less strict college which will give me admission in management quota or with my current score.

There are lots of colleges in Bangalore for engineering in every field. MS Ramaih is the beat college for CSE in bangalore.
