It is difficult to say with certainty whether any LLM college in Delhi NCR does not have compulsory attendance as each college has its own policies and regulations. However, you can research the attendance policies of various LLM colleges in Delhi NCR and choose the one that best suits your needs. Keep in mind that attendance is usually an important aspect of any academic program and it is important to attend classes and complete assignments to fully benefit from the program.
