Is there any college in Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Maharashtra or Delhi for MBBS where fee per annum is less than 2 Lacs (Without NEET)?

Any government college will be charging less than 2 lacs per annum in not only your mentioned states but in any state in the country. -
All medical colleges in India, except for AIIMS JIPMER need to accept NEET UG qualifying score for admissions irrespective of being a government. Or private entity.
