Hi, There is no specific girls college in the field of hotel management as one of the major reason in the industry you have to face all kinds of people and to prepare you for that and to work efficiently with your coworkers, it's important to study in a co-ed environment.

There is no particular college for just girls. But there is no need also. The co-Ed colleges are safe. Also, the industry Late and extended working hour is a part of a hotel industry. It is nothing new to me. In case of girl, they always have facility like pick and drop, if in any case, they need to extend their shift. Usually in India, female staff works till 9 pm. And, female staff who works in evening are provides cab facility. The supervisor and manager are always there in every shifts for all staffs inside the hotel. Every hotel consider this point before making duty roaster for female staff. It is as safer as for male staff. Current, at my working place we don't have any female staff during night shift. All females get pick and drop facility to their accommodation. Extending of shift is not that much in case of female staff and if it happens in any case, the shift in charge takes care of their safety.
