Is there any college or university for B.A. Who has upper age limit of 23 years for admission.

I am in class 12. After 9th class I had a gap of 5 years due to some reasons.

    NID Admissions 2020: Age Limit for BDes/ GDPD
    Upper age limit for candidates is 23 years as on 30 June 2020. Only those candidates born on or after 1 July 1996 are eligible to apply for admission.
