is there any college or university in u.p or uttarakhand offering m.tech through correspondence or part time in mechanical engg.?

Dear Niteesh, Just as an Advice .There are many universities all over INDIA which a UGC approved and are providing engineering through distance education. There are no limitations of place i.e. if university is in sikkim then you should be of sikkim, Why not join a course from such a university rather than settling for a university just because it is in M.p or uttarkhand.
