is there any college where we can directly appear for the final year of graduation and will the degree be worth for my future.......

Hi,
Graduation in one sitting is illegal and not acceptable for higher education or jobs in public/private sector.
It is advisable that you pick 3 years full time or distance under graduate degree program.
