Yes, there are several colleges such as bridge school and SOIL offer specialised courses that don't require any examination for admission. There are many MBA colleges outside of the top hundred that might offer direct admission to their MBA programs without any entrance exam, just to fill their seats quota. However, there are several colleges that admit students directly without having to take an entrance exam.
