Is there any common subjects in B.Com 2nd year and CS executive or do we have to take seperate coaching for each subject.

There are some common subjects between B.Com 2nd year and CS Executive, but the two courses are not exactly the same. While B.Com is an undergraduate degree programme in commerce, CS Executive is a professional course in Company Secretaryship. However, some of the subjects that are common between B.Com 2nd year and CS Executive are: Company Law Cost and Management Accounting Tax Laws Industrial, Labour and General Laws Securities Laws and Capital Markets While these subjects may have some common topics, the level of depth and focus may differ between the two courses.
