    Yes, for open category approximate fees is Rs 1.8 lakhs, for OBC- Rs 1 lakhs and for SC/ST/NT- 18000.

    Yes. But for that you need to secure admission through CAP rounds.

    If you have the cast certificates and all the necessary documents as prescribed by DTE then as per the rules laid down by them you would have to pay the fees.
