is there any course ,a combination of aerospace engg,avionics engg & computer science engg offered by IIT's or IISc

aerospace is the which are taken by brilliant students by scoring good marks in entrance exams. IIT don't offer all mix course. You have to first qualify iit's entrance and then you can opt for any course
