Is there any course for diploma in electrical engineering available in New Zealand with IELTS score of 5.5 bands?

Very few options are available. If you don’t meet the IELTS requirements you may pursue one of the English language foundation programs offered by the universities. You must check the university websites for such details. Please also check the college listings on Shiksha.
