There is no course to qualify as a graduate. Graduation course are only from Universities. Also, institute provide vocational courses.

hi, any Course will not be equal to Graduate. Course will guide you which way to work & make some money only... without a Graduate its very diffcult to get a job these days. if you dont have degree, better join in distance learining also fine. once you join then join any Course which you like... IIH
