Is there any course in Hope Institute of Management to pursue as I am interested in cooking and want to make my profession in it?
The problem is- I'm a vegetarian.

There is no such restriction. You can still opt this course. My friend is a pure vegetarian and he is in his 2nd year of BHM course, yet he has not eaten non-veg, no one would force you to consume meat. The field is vast, so don't worry.
