Is there any course in masters in fashion technology after btech in ece. If it is there pls do help me know all the regarding information like top colleges all around the wolrld , entrance examination, age limit and all other information.

No, I don't think that there is any course for Masters in fashin technology for B.Tech - ECE cadnidates. Howerver, if interested you may procceed to do MBA with specialization in Fashion Technology.
