Is there any criteria for 10th and 12th score for applying CAT?

My score in 10th is 65% and 80.80% in 12th. I'm in B.Com final year.

Class 10th or Class 12th marks don't matter for applying CAT or MAT. All you are required to have at least 50% in graduation, and if you are in final year, then you must have maintained at least 50% marks in the last 2 year's exam.
