Is there any criteria in SNAP that if you score a 0, will you get a call from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management for MBA?

Hello! Sectional percentiles are not considered by SIBM while giving the interview calls. The overall score is considered (it is generally around 98 percentile).

To get a call from SIBM Pune for an MBA, you need to clear the minimum assigned cut off. The cut off marks vary each year however, the total % is usually 98%.

It is based on sectional marking, hence there is no need to worry.

There is nothing like if you score a zero in one section you don't get a call. It is based on the whole percentile and not the sectional percentile.
