Is there any cutoff list provided by the Patna Women's College for taking admission in BA journalism?

I have scored 75% in class 12th and my best four subject's score is 67.37%.

    There no specific cut-off mentioned by the college. You need to have a decent passing percentage in the qualifying exam.
