Is there any degree available for AI in India? If I want to study abroad, which course should I opt for?

I am studying BCA (currently semester 6) in a college affiliated to Gujarat University. I have been consistent in scoring above 90.00% in all the rest 5 semesters. I'm interested in AI and I like programming as well.
