    Hi,
    Specifically, in food and beverage, there is no degree programme but some IHMs offer Diploma programme in food and beverage. If you are interested in food and beverage, you can pursue hotel management and later join food and beverage department of a hotel as a management trainee.

    Yes, you can do BHMCT it is a degree programme. BHMCT is a 4-year intensive programme which exposes the student to the diversity of hospitality industry and equips the student with intellectual & leadership capabilities allowing the student to move into diverse managerial roles in prestigious international organisations.
