As you are a surveyor in a construction company and also a B.Sc. Graduate, civil engineering will be perfect for you. or else, you can choose survey engineering or architecture engineering. But civil may the best choice as it has a broad scope. B.Sc. will help u to get direct admission in the 2nd year of B.Tech. So Diploma is surely a bad choice for you as under AICTE Diploma courses are 3 years and if you join B.Tech 2nd year, then you also spend 3 years. But you have to talk with the college and office also for not leaving the job and also continue your education.
All the best. Age is just a number.
    Salutes to your spirit.

You can do Diploma courses as that will neither take much of your time and nor you will have to leave your job.
