Is there any designed course for Banking Ombudsman? I am a BBA Graduate, How should i proceed further?

I am a Commerce Graduate, BBA which i completed in the year 2009. I have 6 Year's of experience in BPO Customer Service Industry. The role of a BankingOmbudsman attracts me; is there any specific course designed for Banking Ombudsman. Share links of the institutes who offer the course.

    Dear Bhushan,
    Banking Ombudsman is a position which is offered to seasoned bankers with a reasonable experience. Ofcourse, an Ombudsman should have good knowledge of banking laws and regulations.
    You will have to begin your career in banking sector to become a ombudsman some day.
