Is there any diff between MBA & PGDM? If diff does occur then what is it?Which one should be done for satisfying job with high income?

Hi Sameeran MBA is a degree whereas PGDM is a diploma. Generally universities can award degrees (like FMS awards MBA degree since it falls under DU) but rest most B-Schools including IIMs, SPJIMR, XLRI etc offer PGDM or PGP. Income and job profile wise, they have no impact.
