B.Tech CSE or IT are Engineering degree which provide solid foundation of Engineering fundamentals in engineering graduates which help then not only become a good programmer but a good system engineer. These graduates can provide end to end Hardware, Software, Applications solution to customers. Where as MCA graduates are trained to be only Application Development. They find systems programming and systems integration project difficult. IT companies first preference for job is B.Tech and then MCA and then M.Sc CS grads.
