Is there any difference between B.Tech in CSE and B.Tech in CS or are there same?

Hello Jhabar, Yes, they are same. As they both have the same prefix B.Tech, they belong to engineering stream. In the brochure of some colleges, they specify it as computer science engineering and in some other, they will just put computer science. If the prefix B.Tech is there, then it is an engineering course only.

Both courses teach the same core subjects like programming, algorithms, data structures, databases, artificial intelligence, and operating systems.</p><p>The only small difference is that CSE sometimes includes a little more engineering-related topics, while CS focuses more on pure computer Science concepts. But this difference is very minor. In placements, job opportunities, and career options, both degrees are treated the same.</p><p>So, from a student's point of view, I would say there is no major difference, and both courses lead to the same career paths in IT and technology.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
