Is there any difference between (computer Science and engineering) or (computer Science and information technology)?

CSE and IT both are different degrees. The domain has maximum difference in 3rd and 4th year, CSE now a days deals in AI, software, languages, virtualization and cloud computing and IT deals in other factors like digital electronics, basic engineering mechanics and computer networks. Yes, there is a lot of difference between the two branches. Computer Science engineering and computer Science or CSE are same branch, whereas IT is different, as it mainly deals only with software and CSE deals with both software and hardware.
