I want to join NCR campus because it is nearest to my place.

yes, of course there is a significant difference between all the campuses. The main campus being the best of all with largest campus area, more than sufficient facilities for campus life and quality teaching, while other campuses are a little less area wise.
join the NCR campus only if the location suits you. The NCR campus does have a nice lot of faculty members in every branch. but, some important changes have taken place.
