Is there any difference between doing MBA through distance education and full-time MBA from any regular university?

It varies from situation to situation. But regular is more valuable than correspondence.

I don't think so. What matters is you only. Knowledge speaks everything and it doesn't matter if you are a full-time, part-time or distance scholar.
