No, approximately 95% syllabaus is the same, so do not worry about that.

Hi, MHT CET syllabus is based on Maharashtra board syllabus but JEE Mains syllabus is based on NCERT, if you start preparing for JEE Mains then you don't have to prepare again for MHT CET.

There is a common difference and similarity too in both the syllabus as MHT CET is based on Maharashtra board syllabus but JEE Mains syllabus is based on NCERT so if you want to prepare for both then I highly recommend you to study JEE syllabus because JEE syllabus can help you to crack MHT CET but

You can check the difference by checking both the exam syllabus on their official website or you may also get the syllabus from Shiksha website.
