Is there any difference between spring batch and fall batch? How can I select my specialization course?

There is not much difference between spring and fall batch , only there will be less number of student in January batch , apart from that everything will be same -
Spring batch begins every January and Fall batch begins every July. The number of seats offered for spring batch is 120, 30 for all specialization like finance, marketing, HR and Operations. Whereas for fall batch, 480 seats are available.
Only after first semester, we can choose our specialization.
