A lot of difference. If you do part time MBA, even from the great institutes like NMIMS, JBIMS, FMS and IIM or IBS (IIM Indore ans IIM Kozhikode has 2 years part time weekend PGPX ), you do not get any campus placement as the program is meant for people already employee somewhere. Only full time MBA has campus placement.
If you do full time MBA from any institute above top 50 institutes, you will not get the campus placement, and even if salary offered is around 15000 to 20000 INR per month, you have to search job on your own.
So, even for a full time MBA depends from where you do it.

There's a lot of difference between Part-time MBA and regular MBA while campus placements. The preference is obviously given to Regular MBA students as they will be pursuing full time MBA.
