is there any difference if i appear CET for medicine aftr doing my 11th and 12th from maharashtra state board rather than cbse?

I have passed 10th from a cbse school in bahrain, and I wish to do my 11th and 12th in maharashtra, ie, state board. Will I be facing any difficulty if I appear for CET medicine after doing my 12th from a state board?
