GENERALLY M TECH DEGREE IS OFFERED AFTER B TECH/ THERE ARE SOME UNIVERSITIES WHICH OFFER MSC AFTER B TECH/BSC (ENG)...............IT DEPENDS ON THE UNIVERSITY OR THE EMPLOYERS CHOICE

ME and MTECH id offered in India and it is two year post graduation. MSc is offred in abroad universities. In UK it is one year post graduation programme. Normally in India there is not much sopecilisation. In MSC you ahve many specilised prgrmme are available. Particulary in auto obile engineering

Hi Jay, since the course is technical and is incomplete without a lab course so all three nomenclature will mean the same abroad. In fact you will hardly find ME and MTech in UK its either MSc or MS in this field. But please do not get confused with MEng which is a 4 yrs UG degree and not a Masters
