Is there any diploma colleges of low cutoff because i have got 53.09 pecentage

Universities like Lovely, Amity, Manarachna etc give admission in diploma at 50%. Some of them also offer scholarships/ financial aids to students. The universities have modern infrastructure with highly qualified faculty. Good Luck.

You may apply to as many polytechnic colleges as you can. It would not be easy for General Category. Alternate option includes Dip IETE offered by IETE as well as other diploma equivalent programmes offered by some professional societies in India
