Hello, There isn't such direct procedure for the same. They always strictly follow the merit based admission procedure.

You can search for private engineering colleges in Pune like VIT or Dr. D. Y. Patil, and if there would be vacant seats after admission procedure completion, they may provide on management quota basis.
