At LPU, the students are converted into professionals. I am also from LPU and doing B.Tech CSE Hons. There. There is no such uniform for daily classes for B.Tech students. The attire could change in labs as it is the obvious thing. As per academic professionalism, students need to follow the dress code policy which has been introduced in our academic system. There is no restriction for dress code but during Placement drives, internship drives, industrial visits, guest lectures, PEP classes, etc. , and on any other formal occasion.

I am also a student of LPU I am happy to be a student of a university that gives you the freedom to make your decision by yourself. The cons of a dress code are that college students lose their freedom. They are unable to wear the clothes they want to wear that express themselves. Students should be able to make their own decisions and if they don't, then making decisions at age 21 is difficult. What I have seen in the last 2 years as an LPU student is that the College students follow the decorum of being a student of university inside the campus. But college students are grown-ups and they have the ability to make their own decisions.

I did MBA from Lovely Professional University, LPU is helping me grow professionally and personally with its career-oriented programs and support. I can say every student at LPU is blessed to get exposure to a variety of Culture and Tradition that aids in the overall societal growth of students. The environment is rich not only in the level of learning but also demonstrates India's international relations with other nations. Girls or boys can wear anything they want. Plus you can keep any kind of hairstyle you wish. There is no rule for that in university. As it is situated in Punjab and students from Africa as well as the North-Easter

Students can get direct admission to Lovely Professional University by applying online through the official admission portal and meeting the eligibility criteria for their chosen course. For some programmes, admission is offered based on qualifying exam marks without appearing for LPUNEST. After submitting the application form, students upload required documents and pay the admission fee. Eligible candidates may receive provisional admission offers, followed by counseling and seat confirmation. Direct admission is usually available for selected courses and categories, depending on academic performance and availability of seats.
